As the sellers of an estate home, Sara was the absolute best to work with. She is organized, available, and efficient. Communication was a key, as she kept us up to date with every offer, answered every call, email and text, in a timely fashion. Due to it being an estate sale, there were 5 siblings involved, including a lot of work with legal documents and attorneys. Sara researched and stayed on top of every detail through closing. After dealing with multiple realtors in the past, we highly recommend Sara! We were very pleased with her photographer and the way she listed the home, too.

Sara was wonderful to work with. She understood what we were looking for, and carefully selected homes that met our criteria. She also made helpful observations about each home that we might not have noticed, which helped us develop pros and cons about each property.
Once we selected a home, Sara was an excellent liaison with the sellers' agent to ensure repair requests were completed satisfactorily and the home was in proper condition before closing.
After closing, upon request, Sara recommended experienced contractors to make minor improvements to the home to better suit our style.
